The short version
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We are not a lead-generation site. Your details go to us and to the crew assigned to your job, and nowhere else.
What we collect
- Your property address, which is what the estimate is built from.
- Your name, email address and phone number, if you give them to us.
- Details about the house — size, condition, what you want painted — partly from public county property records and partly from your answers.
- Photographs you choose to upload.
- Basic technical information your browser sends with any web request.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, your date of birth, or your bank or card details. If a financing option is offered, the lender collects what it needs directly — that application is between you and them.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number and tick the consent box, you are agreeing to this:

The box is never ticked for you, and giving a mobile number is optional — you can get an estimate with an email address alone. We text about your own estimate and your own job: the price, appointment confirmations, start dates and job updates.
Reply STOP to any message and we stop, permanently and across any future quote, not just the one the message came from. Reply START to opt back in. Message and data rates may apply depending on your plan. Message frequency varies with your job.
No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the text, and with the crew assigned to your job so they can reach you about the work.
Who else sees your information
- The crew assigned to your job — your name, address, phone number and scope, so they can do the work and contact you about it.
- Our service providers — the companies that host the site, store the data, send the texts and send the email. They process it for us and may not use it for anything of their own.
- Your HOA or its management company, if you ask us to submit an architectural application. Only what the application requires.
- Anyone the law requires, which we hope never happens.
How long we keep it
Quotes and job records are kept while they are current and afterwards for as long as the warranty runs, because a five-year warranty is not much use if we cannot find your job. Estimates that never became jobs are kept for two years. Ask us to delete your details and we will, other than anything we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons.

- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Reply STOP to stop texts; unsubscribe in any email to stop email.

This site is for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use information you have already given us will be told to you directly rather than left here to be discovered.
