We stay inside three counties on purpose. A crew that drives ninety minutes each way is a crew charging you for the drive, and a company quoting statewide is quoting places it has never painted. Within this radius we know what the houses are built from, which matters more for pricing than anything else.
Orange County
Orlando
The widest spread of anywhere we work — bungalows in College Park with real wood siding, block-and-stucco through Conway and Pine Hills, and new stucco out east.
Winter Garden
Two-storey stucco through Independence, Stoneybrook West and Waterleigh, most of it on its first or second repaint.
Lake Nona
Newer stucco and Hardie, tight lot lines, and HOAs with closed colour palettes — which is the easiest case for us, because an approved palette means no ARC wait.
Winter Park
Older homes, a lot of real wood trim and soffit, and the occasional 1920s stucco that needs a careful hand.
Windermere
Large two- and three-storey elevations, heavy decorative trim, and gated communities with strict architectural review.
Dr. Phillips
Mature stucco reaching the age where it wants patching before coating, and mature landscaping that has to be masked properly rather than sprayed around.
Apopka
Mixed block, stucco and wood-trim ranch homes.
Osceola County
Seminole County
Somewhere nearby that isn’t listed? Run your address through the estimate anyway — the list is the places we work most, not a fence.
